Payment

 

If the Customer selects electronic payments or payment by a payment card, the Customer is obliged to make the payment within 24 hours from the moment the purchase starts. The chosen options (seats and accommodation) are blocked for purchase for that time. If the payment has not been done within that time, the Organizer has right to cancel the order and unblock the seats for further sale.

 

Delivery

 

The date of delivery of the Product to the Customer, if the Customer selects the method of payment by bank transfer, electronic payment or payment card, shall be fixed within 1 business day from the date of crediting the Seller's bank account or settlement account.

The purchased e-ticket will be delivered by e-mail along with confirmation of booking additional services.

The ticket should be printed or saved on a mobile device and presented during registration on the spot. Each ticket has its own unique number and bar code.
